Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Develop deep shopper understanding and drive retail design to enhance shopping experience and differentiate HUAWEI from other competitors
• Establish decoration & construction standards, monitor and enforce these standards to all stakeholders
• Responsible for all types of shop display , POSM production and construction
• Responsibilities also include logistical processing and controlling the incoming and outgoing in-store furniture and decoration items. Determining inventory level, anticipating supplies. Coordinating schedules and activities as well as distributing the materials to shop front
• Manage ROI for each types of construction. Ensure cost effective and quality store operation
• Set up and supervise the overall operation to improve the shopping experience
• Conducting a competitive assessment including market visit and competitors analysis
• Maintain a record of all project, Provide regular reports internally and externally
• Manage to do yearly /quarterly budget plan for promotion & delivery process.
• Responsible for how store construction, branding and promotional budgets are used
• Understand market situation & responsible to improve brand awareness in related area

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experiences related to Retail Innovation/ Shop construction
• At least Bachelor degree in any related design field
• Strong understanding the interior design and construction
• Prefer experience working in a corporate visual environment
• Good of both spoken and written English and computer literate. Chinese is a plus but not necessary
• Able to work under timeline, pressure and able to cope with Multi-Function tasks with Can do attitude
• Excellent communication skills and great personality
• Require regular travel
