  • Lead the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and constraints.
  • Develop and present design proposals, incorporating functional and aesthetic considerations.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
  • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, codes, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Review and approve architectural drawings and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as interior designers and landscape architects, as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Extensive experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
