Contribute to the overall development and execution of the Company’s vision and strategy
Develop, review and report the business development and sales strategy and ensure the strategic objectives are well understood and executed properly
Lead in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
Negotiate partnerships that enhances the company’s product offerings
Be a deal maker! Represent Jzoo in meetings with senior executives to pitch, negotiate and close deals from companies and key relationships
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs, anticipate new opportunities
Strategic planning and ensuring all marketing campaigns are aligned with company goals and visions
Generate awareness for the Jzoo brand, through social media, PR, events, cross promotion opportunities and networks
Provide analytics insights and reports and ensure all marketing efforts are measurable
Analyze data to make appropriate recommendation on the type of promotions, campaigns, and marketing efforts for better return on investments
Work with the rest of the executive team to provide strategic recommendations based on the key findings and expertise

Job Requirements

7+ years of business development/sales and marketing experience in a consumer technology company
Proven track record of initiating and successfully creating new business opportunities
Passionate and motivating leader
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Ability to think strategically and provide solutions to complex issues
Should self motivated, creative, organized, and flexible in this fast paced startup environment.
Understand the Burmese local market and the cultural nuisances
Fluency in Burmese and English
