Lead and implement Marketing strategies & Modern Trade strategies for cosmetics category with a focus on topline growth and increasing market share and rank.
• Responsible for the analysis of product distribution for expending coverage
• Perform management for supplier contracts & agreement
• Role-model for excellent customer service
• Manage and motivate staff, make the training and secure staff knowledge (customer service, product training, etc.,)
• Secure all marketing activities to run on time within guideline and budget
• To prepare marketing plan in cooperation with marketing team for marketing implementation
• Help to Sustainable current sales and new product penetration
• Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
• Perform all other duties as assigned by ad-hoc

Job Requirements

•Mainly in charge of supervise for Sales team.
•Find new clients to make cold call and visit.
• Research the market in Myanmar.
• Manage the team member and train to them.
•Checking daily sales activities such as KPI and marketing.
•Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience as sales and marketing.
