An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Key Areas of Accountability:

  • Preparing Agents shortlisting and appointments
  • Agent selection and appointments as guidelines and scheduling
  • Preparing Agent registration and verification as per MFS regulatory standards and CBM rules
  • Dealing with Agent and Branches queries on the phone and by email to build trust between each other
  • Providing training and continuously updates with Branches and Agents
  • Market surveying, Competition tracking and report to Team Leader
  • Managing and preparing weekly and monthly report for Business Development.
  • Discussing and providing guidance to Agents to achieve sales and service targets

Skills and Competencies Requirements:

  • Having problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Having excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency skill in Microsoft Office Application including Excel, Words and PowerPoint.

Job Requirements

Experiences and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; degree in any degree is qualify. 
  • Diploma or certificate in Marketing Field may be required.
  • Minimum two to three years of working experiences.
  • Having general knowledge of Marketing, Banking and Mobile Financial Services.
