Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct Market Research
- Marketing Plan
- Comment on the designs from Marketing Point of view
- Marketing Budget Planning, Setting and Acquiring Sales Revenue
- Marketing Collaterals
- Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies
- Prepare and handle Sales and Marketing related agreements/ contracts
- Manage Marketing Campaigns
- Give Sales Training to Sales Team
- Manage and oversee Sales events, procedures, and Sales office
- Supervise Sales and Marketing Executives
- Respond to Sales and Marketing feedback for future development of the business
- Sales Projection

Job Requirements

- Any graduate ( Preferred MBA , Sales and Marketing Degree )
- Must have at least 2 years and above Sales and Marketing Experiences in Real Estate and Property Development field.
- Fluent in English
- Strong Communicative and Leadership Skills.
- Must have positive and Can do attitude
- Strong organizational skills and Flexible
- Willingly to contribute to the overall development of the business
- Able to calm under pressure
- Strong management skills
- Prefer someone who has strong record of Sales and Marketing overall development
