Job Description

• Create and manage new customers through inside sales by way of business to business selling and prospecting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
• Assist the informing to all team and promotion of sales progress
• Managing Customer’s freight, negotiating rates with carriers, tracking shipments, building relationships with customers, identify & provide solutions for their supply chain needs, complete the sales cycle, develop customer accounts
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, Optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, Manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 year’s experience in logistics, sales and customer relationship and accountancy
• Any graduate with Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Certificate in related fields
• Good written and speaking English Skills
• Solid organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and similar software
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Must be able to work as a team and work under customer pressure
• Proficient in standard logistics software and experience of mail and reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
