1. Performs site hunting based on the technical parameters provided such nominal points, search ring radius and tower heights.
2. Performs, takes photos, and records all basic technical parameters as required, including access road.
3. Searches for the legal property owner, negotiates within the approved leased cap or rates, secures copies of owner’s property documents.
4. Verifies and establishes the veracity of the owner’s provided property documents including the identity of the claimed owner from the government agency concerned and secures certification.
5. Reports to the Projects Coordinator, SAQ every acquisition status on a daily basis and coordinates with legal regarding authenticity of the secured property documents and seeks for any other legal pre-requisite documents.
6. Prepares the Site Acquisition Report (SAQ).
7. Attends Technical Site Survey (TSS).
8. Facilitates the signing of Contract of Lease between the land lord and the tenant.
9. Coordinates with private entity and different government agency permit grantor, regarding permit procedures and pre-requisites.
10. Participates in meetings with local authorities as required.
11. Prepares all pre-requisite documents necessary in applying for permits.
12. Applies for the construction permits and other related permits that may be deemed necessary to proceed with site build implementation.
13. Coordinates with landlords and internal teams regarding the compensations for the road and power connection in the area.
14. Act as conduit between the landlord and the tenant.

1. Ensures that all OH&S/QMS procedures are regularly monitored and followed.
2. Ensures the implementation of OH&S/QMS requirements on all assigned cell sites.
3. Fills all related OH&S/QMS documents on sites.
4. Reports on any hazard, incident, and accident to the direct supervisor of all assigned sites.
5. Ensures a proper usage of PPE.
