Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for executing design solutions based on initial conceptual and visual direction. Under the guidance of Creative Director and/or account servicing team, works across a wide range of web-related projects including simple video editing, Flash animations, campaign banners, social media posting visuals, user interfaces, style guides, and presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Creates concepts and visual designs for web-based advertising/marketing (i.e. banner ads, splash pages, email, etc.), optimizing the use of screen design and user interface.
• develops creative concepts for print, digital and multimedia campaigns
• Works with Creative Director, Account Director, and graphic designers, as a team, on assigned accounts to determine client needs and campaign strategies.
• Develops materials for presentation decks.
• Performs initial testing on work, reviewing performance against creative brief, production specs and user interface.
• Remains current on industry trends and new technology.
• Remains current on client’s brand and brand standards.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
• 3-5 years experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency industry setting
• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, illustrator & InDesign)
• Proficiency in Adobe (After Effects & Premiere)
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Capable of accepting creative direction and working in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of printing (preparing print-ready files for vendors)
• Strong Command of the Burmese language – a must
• Proficient in English
• Demonstrates expertise with design tools such as Fireworks, Video Editing software and Keynote
• Possesses knowledge of CSS/HTML/JavaScript and prototyping and wireframe creation tools such as Axure, iRise and/or Visio.
• Has the ability to work collaboratively with design, development, product, and marketing management.
• Demonstrates solid project management skills to assist project managers in work estimates and planning.
