❖Convert concepts in the source language to equivalent concepts in the target language
❖ Compile information, such as technical terms used in legal settings, into glossaries and terminology databases to be used in translations
❖ Relay the style and tone of the original language
❖ Manage work schedules to meet deadlines
❖ Conduct some other tasks such as attending trainings and meeting the clients
❖ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements

❖ Excellent writing, reading and comprehension skills in both of your target and source
language(s)
❖ The ability to translate accurately and adapt to different styles and cultures
❖ A flair for research
❖ The ability to meet deadlines
❖ Discretion and respect for confidentiality
❖ Self-motivation, organization and self-disciplined
❖ Good knowledge of a business, technical or scientific field
❖ Experience of courses which specialise in linguistics or translation is an advantage
❖ Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
❖ Must be a passionate team player with strongest possible commitment to the assigned tasks
