Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Handling customers' feedback on technical aspect of machines, inspect , analyze and find solutions for cusotmers
-Cooperation with sales admin and customers
-Sourcing spare parts for machines and tools from oversea and domestic.
-Estimate costing for maintenance service fees and parts
-Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
-Controlling inventories and reports
-Leading at repairing and replacing of parts in Cleaning machines including motors, pumps, electrical wiring system and compressor.
-Complete inspections and repairing equipments at Customer's work place
-Preparing format and check list of regular preventative maintenance and take initiative actions against weak areas of a machine
-Leading and managing work shop keeping, store Keeping and maintenance of work shop tools and equipments
-Preparing SOP for Maintenance Process of each machine and tool
-Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the maintenance team
-Implement safety policies and procedures for the team

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required
-Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance technician management role
-Strong knowledge of engineering concepts in electrical and mechanical systems
-Prior knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspect in Commercial Cleaning machines is preferred
- Must be able to give good customer service in presentable appearance and professional manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in English skill is preferred
