Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Designing the mechanical and electrical systems that are integral to the water utilities such as pumping stations, pipelines, storage tanks, treatment facilities, and distribution networks.
  • Selecting appropriate pumps based on factors such as flow requirements, head conditions, energy efficiency, and reliability. You'll also determine the optimal pump sizes and configurations to meet the project's needs.
  • Designing electrical systems for powering pumps, control panels, instrumentation, and other electrical equipment (such as electrical components, cable sizing, protection devices, etc.).
  • Estimating the cost of implementing the designed water supply system, including equipment, materials, labor, and other associated expenses.
  • Collaborating with civil engineers, environmental engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that the mechanical and electrical aspects integrate seamlessly with the overall project design.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
