• To handle Indirect material /Raw/packaging material ordering process independently.

• Implement local/regional/global purchasing procedure while purchasing materials.

• Participate in planning meeting/ daily meetings with Factory management, sales, CSD, logistics.

• Coordinate with suppliers for shipping details, certificate of origin, MSDS, certificate of insurance, COA, packing list, bill of landing, delivery status etc.

• Coordinate with logistic service provider/freight forwarding service provider for import license application, custom clearance and delivery of materials.

• Maintain IM/RM/PM tracker file for ETD/ETA, lead time and cost calculations.

• Coordinate with finance to ensure availability of duty exemptions and permissions to import necessary raw material / indirect materials.

• Execute IM material code standardization and work closely with finance to review progress.

• To source local suppliers for RM/PM/IM or to develop existing local suppliers to Jotun standard.

• Strictly follow the due date of contract renewal and ensure the contracts are renewed / made well before it is expired.

• Update daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly KPI and ensure set targets are achieved. If the targets are not achieved, come up with action plans.

• Initiate improvement programs in order to streamline all Planning activities with LEAN thinking and Operations System .

• Advance College or Bachelor’s degree.

• Knowledge of ERP software and strong skills of Microsoft excel.

• Preferable knowledge in procurement, custom clearance and inventory control tools.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Areas of education and experiences preferable in finance, process, Engineering, Marketing & negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English and Burmese
