- Coordinate with all PLOs for site optimization progress, site issue and target acceptance
- Coordinate with Project team & Operation team , dependent on TI issue: eg. HW troubleshooting, power issue, alarms, etc.
- Escalate to respective Team leader for any bottleneck to achieve the acceptance Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Meet & Support customer for any escalation/complaint related to this new site / upgrade.
- Deliver all final 2G/4G sites Acceptance Report for assigned sites within SLA to Customer until get approved from customer (provide all explanations if need)
- Prepare & update Daily site Acceptance status tracker to respective team lead.
- Regular meeting with internal and external customer.
- Deliver radio optimization services to achieve committed KPIs. Conduct services: Radio Network Performance Improvement, Radio Network Tuning and Optimization, etc, to customer under the contracts between COMIT and customers. It includes below tasks but not limited to:
o Coverage, Neighbour Optimization
o Radio Parameter Analysis and Optimization
 Handover Parameter Check and Optimization.
 Neighbour Cell Parameter Check and Optimization.
 Access Parameter Check and Optimization.
 Power Control Parameter Check and Optimization.
 2G/3G/4G Inter-operation Parameters.
 Other Radio Parameters Related to Improve KPI or Realize Special Requirement from Customer.
o Drive Test and Benchmarking Analysis and Report
- Perform KPI Acceptance review with customer till site accepted .
- Perform Network 2G/4G Performance analysis and Drive test analysis for all site optimization issue (DT and OSS KPIs)
- Perform XML validation & parameter verification for respective CR (change request) from all PLOs to ensure no negative impact.
- Perform technical sharing session with local customer team for 30mnts – 1hour after each KPI review meeting. After that sharing to internal team also.
- Perform optimization/tuning, xml preparation and then monitoring till parameter tuning executed by Local OSS team
- Provide Daily KPI Dashboard & Site Performance Monitoring for assigned 2G/4G Sites. (new site/Upgrade/4th sectors)
- Provide daily NetAct measurement and Parameter dump for all sites.
- Maintain network planning database (all network cells) and send to customer ever Monday.
- Maintain and update Daily GCEL/GSITE for all sites in the network.
- Provide technical consultation in radio network design and optimization to the bid teams, customers during pre-sales phase
- Deliver radio network design services for rollout projects.
- Deliver Drive Test log files analysis and Benchmarking Analysis by checking L3 message if any requirement from customer or internal team.
- Deliver training or sharing knowledges to RNO team members,

- Experience in UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+ and GSM/ GPRS/ EDGE RAN design and optimization.
- Experience in LTE design and opt is an advantage.
- Experience in one or more tools widely used for Operation and Maintenance tools (experienced in Nokia system is a strong advantage):
+ NOKIA: NetAct, Citrix, BTS commissioning, NetAct Plan Editor, Web Element Manager and parameter dictionary: NED or Information Brower
+ Ericsson: (Citrix client: Config GUI, recording MRR, NCS, FAS, FOX), (MOShell - config, WinFIOL, BI workspace - counter) and parameter dictionary Alex
+ Huawei: U2000 - config, PRS - counter and parameter dictionary (Hedex)
- Experience in one or more tools widely used for Radio Planning & Drive test, post processing, optimization and analysis (experienced in using TEMS/NEMO is a strong advantage): TEMS/NEMO Drive Test tool, TEMS Discovery, Aircom, Atoll, Actix, …
- Experience in radio network performance monitoring and management by using tools and statistical analysis.
- More than 05 years' experience in optimization OSS KPIs in Nokia system. Can give overall assessment of the network, specific features to improve OSS KPIs. Radio Network KPIs: Accessibility KPIs, Retainability KPIs, Mobility KPs, Integrity KPIs, Availability KPIs, Utilization KPIs, Balancing traffic.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation Alarms, radio network configuration and Database management
- University degree in telecommunications
- At least 10 years’ experience in RAN design and optimization
- Knowledge of GSM/GPRS/UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+/LTE Advance standards, IP Networking, ATM concepts, Traffic Dimension
- Good interpersonal skills both towards customers and internally
- Excellent analytical and judgment skills
- Good written and oral skills in English
- Good computer knowledge
