One of our Big client is Hiring for Sales and Marketing Manager for CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS.

-Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team through

monitoring, motivating, coordinating and planning.
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s
customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Implement sales strategies in accordance with market trend, competition,
local supply & demand. And adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses report sand realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications;
- establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
