We are looking for Service Engineer to provide enterprise level and consumer level assistance to our customers. Service engineers with a strong background and knowledge of computer systems and solutions especially Server and System Integration Environment.
Candidate will work directly with the HP team to assist in qualifying customer technical needs, developing and presenting customer solutions, assisting with proposals and promoting HP technology to key customers
" Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
" Repair desktop/laptop/server
" Interacting with clients to solve their issues.
" Keeping track of service record.
" Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
" Provide technical support to finalize IT solution to customers
" Ensure all issues are properly logged
" Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
" Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
" Handle on hardware technical on Servers / Networking / Storage / Infrastructure / Solutioning
" On-site servicing and remote support for customers
-Familiar with the vendor’s software and hardware used by the customers.
- Maintain, organize, and repair hardware and software networks as needed.
- Basic installation and setups.
- Perform manual and automated tests of applications.
- Ability to work remotely with vendors’ service support team and fix on-site issues for the customers.
- Reporting of test results.

" Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or IT related field of study
" At least one year experience in IT infrastructure ,Delivery or maintenance project in Enterprise Industry. (Server/Storage etc)
" Having excellent technical skills.
" Being able to work alone or with a team.

" Have strong interpersonal skills.

" Being organized and proactive.
" Being able to understand client´s needs.
" Must have strong communication skills,both oral and written in Myanmar and English
" Preferably engineers with existing professional certifications approved by HPE, Cisco and others ( applicable to Servers / Networking / Storage / Infrastructure / Solutioning / POS )
