1. Construction & QA/QC Supervision
• Will be responsible for the construction process and quality of works conducted
• Conduct visual inspections on the work being undertaken to ensure that the:
 The works are being completed by the Contractor as per the Drawings and Specifications
 Contractor has adequately staffed the site
 Contractor are conducting the required tests and completing the associated paperwork
 The Party of QA/QC are conducting the required tests and completing the associated paperwork
• Keep a record/site diary of Contractor and the Party of QA/QC staff on-site and of any incidences that occur
• Assist the Party of QA/QC Staff to conduct their scope of works if requested
• Conduct the inspections of works in progress and/or finished to ensure it meets design, quality and specification requirements before signing off inspection form and allow works to progress
• Attend testing conducted by contractor and complete and keep the records of test results
• Raise any observed quality-related issues or contractor non-conformances and prepare a Non-Conformance Notification for issuance by QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager
• Receive and review completed QC paperwork from Contractor & the Party QA/QC to ensure it has been completed accurately and review the results for any failures
 An acceptance of documentation to be signed off by the Site Engineer and Construction Manager
 Prepare and submit a report should a discrepancy or failure be noted
• Submit all finalized paperwork to Document Control for recording and archiving
• Attend to manual tasks as required, when requested

2. EH&S Responsibilities
• Ensure self-compliance to safety protocols and compliance by all personnel on-site
• Report safety breaches to Safety Officers
 Take immediate action to prevent further safety breaches of any safety breach witnessed before reporting to safety officers
• Complete safety incident report and submit to safety officers for any incident witness / involved in

3. Meeting Requirements
• Attend kick-off/start-up meetings
• Attend weekly contractor construction site meeting, including
 Construction progress
 Safety items
 QA/QC items
 Site coordination (traffic movement, lay down areas, etc.)

4. Reporting
• Prepare daily reports submitted to Construction Manager

• University degree in B.E (Civil)
• At least 3 years’ experience in Civil and ID & Finishing work on construction.
• Skill for Microsoft office application & Auto CAD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write technical specifications, develop fixture and system.
