Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Direct supervising of labor and contractors’ efficiency
  2. Managing parts of all construction projects
  3. Setting out the site and on-site QA/ QC issues
  4. Checking technical Archi & Structure design and drawings
  5. Daily work progress inspection
  6. Preparing materials estimate and ordering
  7. Preparing BBS and Preparing shop DWGs for labor contractor
  8. Preparing daily site reports, and filling in other paperwork such as materials stock, submission of RFI, arrange of quality control issues
  9. Preparing and managing weekly and monthly ahead schedule
  10. Ensuring clients’ project packages meet agreed specification
  11. Providing technical advices and problem solving on site
  12. Ensuring health and safety issues on site

Job Requirements

  1. B.E/ M.E (Civil), BSc/BA in engineering, or relevant field
  2. (4-6) years experiences in Civil works, Plus in both mechanical and electrical in construction
  3. Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  5. Familiarity with construction/ project management software
  6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
