• Support all aspects of the network management process assuring requests , implementation and problems are delivered as required with no impact to the global communications environments.
• Responsible to provide proactive fault monitoring and expert level incident management for the entire set of products supported in the command center .
• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.
• To provide service and infrastructure availability, ensuring systems and products are properly configured and maintained by performing all Service & Infrastructure Operations activities according to standards and procedures or customer requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault resolution of reported/detected faults by investigating the issue, identifying the cause and implementing the fix based on troubleshooting guides.

Job Requirements

• B.CSC, BE( IT),BE (EC) or equivalent
• Professional certification in Cisco or Juniper
• Good knowledge and experience of computer networking like TCP/IP ,routing protocols (BGP,OSPF ,ISIS…),WAN technologies ,backbone operation.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field
• Computer skills: Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point
• Good personal skills, communication skills
• Proficient in English
