About the Company

Our Client is the fast-growing FMCG company in Myanmar

The Role

Supply Chain Director needs to handle the whole operations including production

● Responsible for planning, logistics, warehousing and production
● Develops strategic plans to improve productivity and efficiency of operations
● Lead and manage all facility Supply Chain activities including P&L
● Evaluates past performance data to forecast needs and production levels
● Lead the oversight of the demand and supply planning monthly processes with Sales and Finance and acting as the leader and partner in improving the outputs
● To provide strategic leadership, supply chain direction, project leadership and operational support in inventory management, product replenishment, budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

● Bachelor degree holder
● Minimum of 5 years working in a consumer goods company
● 10+ years’ experience in supply chain and production, including 5+ years of management experiences
● Advanced level in English and must be Myanmar Nationality
● Track record of process improvement and streamlining operations
