- အလုပ္ရံု၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကို အလုပ္တာ၀န္ သတ္မွတ္ခြဲေ၀ေပးရမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြင္း ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၊ လုပ္ငန္းသံုးပစၥည္းမ်ား၊ လုပ္ငန္းဆုိင္ရာမ်ား လံုၿခံဳမႈရိွေစရန္ ႏွင့္ သန္႕ရွင္းသပ္ရပ္မႈ ရိွေစရန္ ႀကီးၾကပ္ရမည္။
- အလုပ္တာ၀န္မ်ားကို စနစ္တက်ႏွင့္ စည္းကမ္းတက် လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ ႀကီးၾကပ္ကြပ္ကြဲရမည္။
- ကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ားကို စနစ္တက် စီမံခန္႕ခြဲႏုိင္ၿပီး Customer ၏ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို အေကာင္းဆံုး ေျဖရွင္း ေပးႏုိင္ရမည္။
- အလုပ္ရုံ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား တက္ၾကြစြာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရန္ ႏွင့္ ေကာင္းစြာ စီမံခန္ ့ခဲြနုိင္ရမည္။

Job Requirements

- အသက္ (၃၀) ၀န္းက်င္ရိွ၍ ႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးမွဴးတာ၀န္ျဖင့္ အနည္းဆံုးလုပ္သက္ (၂) ႏွစ္ႏွင့္အထက္ ရိွသူျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္းတာဝန္မ်ားကို သတ္မွတ္္ထားေသာအခ်ိန္အတြင္း ၿပီးေျမာက္ေအာင္ျမင္ေအာင္ ထက္ျမက္ တက္ၾကြစြာ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
- ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ လုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္မ်ားကို ေကာင္းစြာ ႀကီးၾကပ္ႏိုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
- သင္ယူလုိစိတ္ရိွၿပီး၊ ယံုၾကည္စိတ္ခ်ရသူ၊ အလုပ္ကို စနစ္တက်လုပ္ကိုင္ႏုိင္သူ၊ အေသးစိတ္မွစ၍ အာရံုစူးစုိက္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏုိင္သူျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
- လူမႈဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး အဖြဲ႕အစည္းႏွင့္အခ်ိန္ကို ေကာင္းစြာစီမံအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ႏုိင္သူ ျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
