Has an overview of brand and business objectives and drives integration internally across all projects
Skilled in project management in terms of budget, timeline and coordination between all parties
Organized and highly motivated
Team player and willing to work across different team structures and processes
Shows ownership and accountability for projects
Responsible for ensuring project output
Management of creative production process across all platforms end to end
Liaise with creative team and client
Writes job orders and delegates tasks to creative, digital and media team
Conceptualize and manage monthly digital content plans
Keeps track of each entities timelines and scope of work
Coordinate timelines between creative deadlines and media timelines
Ensures that all parts of project are assigned properly to task owners within a timeline
Develop an integrated marketing campaign together with supervisor and the team
Proofread and check the quality of materials and reports before submission to client
Create cost estimates for production and ensures that invoices and client payments are released on time
Maintain good relationship with client and internal teams to facilitate workflow

Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience such as leading a team and projects, and managing client expectations, insighting or integrated marketing
Proficiency working with document software to create calendars, presentations, spreadsheets, charts (MS Office).
Knowledge of social media platforms and willingness to learn strategy and analytics tools
Ability to manage client expectations and have good relationship with internal and external teams
Should possess strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar
