Position Summary:
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. You will be tasked with achieving sales quotas and strategic account objectives. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term relationships and identify opportunities for growth within the key accounts portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Understand the needs and objectives of each key account and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set for the key accounts portfolio.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities within the key accounts segment.

- Prepare regular reports and updates on key account performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and client feedback.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in key account management to continuously improve performance.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. 
- Proven experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the [insert relevant industry].
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key clients.
