Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Prepare bills, invoices, verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues and customers to request and arrange payments
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Other duties assigned by management from time to time.
  • Revenue assurance tasks to make sure billing is accurate, on time.
  • Analysis of revenue generating data.
  • Splitting revenue accounting and collection and reconciling the revenue recognition and Collection.
  • Responsible for 3 line of business revenue.

    Job Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred. 

    • Minimum 5 years of related experience in finance and accounting field. 

    • Must be familiar with accounting software especially for Quickbooks accounting software. 

    • Detail oriented and multi-tasker. 

    • Perform a variety of tasks related with finance and account
