Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Settle daily petty cash for EYW and EBC
- Data entry into SQL software daily
- maintain store issue and receipt
- Ensure min. stock level is kept for inventory
- Issue monthly invoices ( rental and meter) bill for tenants

-Selling Egg and prepare egg voucher & Credit voucher

-Prepare document voucher for Government tax

- Filing file for all vouchers ( EYW /YM and EBC)

- Check stationary store and cleaning store for EBC monthly
- Assist Senior Accountant/ Chief Accountant in Office building and Livestock in bank reconciliation

Job Requirements

  • Must be age of 25 & above
  • B.Com / At least LCCI ( Level .III )/ Dip FIR
  • Able to use computer Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL software will be advantage
  • At least 3 to 5  years above experience in related field.
  • Able to work indepently.
