Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist with reporting for a trading and distribution business based in Yangon.

Key Responsibilities
● Record daily transactions accurately and maintain complete accounting documents and ledgers.
● Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing schedules on time.
● Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-up processes.
● Assist in preparing financial reports, management summaries, and audit documentation.
● Monitor expenses, verify supporting documents, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve record accuracy.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Proven experience in accounting, preferably in trading, distribution, or import/export.
● Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
● Good understanding of financial controls, documentation, and reporting standards.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
