  • Recording financial transactions in accounting software
  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Reconciling bank statements and accounts
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintaining financial records and filing documents
  • Monthly report (Profit and loss)
  • support the school’s daily accounts, finance records, fee collection, petty cash, payment documentation, filing, and administrative operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • LCCI Level 3 certificate preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of education sector experience in accounting field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling financial information
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Experience in account reconciliation
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting procedures
