Job Summary

Accountant will support Chief Accountant in handling the core activities of Accounting function within the company. Accountant will handle transaction processing, financial data recording and monitor compliance to financial controls with the goal to ensure consistency of best practice, compliance and accountability.

Job Description

• Support and manage core activities of Account Receivable/Payable function in the company

• Assist to Prepare and report daily revenue reports (cash and credit sales), including details of Daily Account Receivable Transactions, to management according to set reporting timeline
• Assist to monitor and reconcile bank deposits (bank deposit slips and bank records) to cash sales revenue and collections reports
• Update Account Receivable list daily, taking into account of new credit sales transactions and successful collections for listed account receivables
• Handle timely generation of invoices / billings, including daily vouchers and intercompany billings
• Reconcile statements to credit invoices and other financial documents

• Responsible for the maintenance of accurate financial records for company

• Check, Verify and Reconcile financial data records (GL postings and other data entries) with generated financial reports
• May perform other duties as reasonably requested by Chief Accountant and senior management to contribute to team efforts

• Any Graduate and related diploma more preferable Diploma in Accounting(L.C.C.I), ACCA preferred.
• Well Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Accounting Software (Peachtree system is bonus).
• Age (24 ~ 30) Years
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Marketing Agency or Services Industries before as an accountant, bookkeeper, financial administrator or other roles with financial responsibilities
• Possess excellent working knowledge of accounting principles, rules and procedures
