Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Daily cash transaction in the system
  • Issuing sales invoices to customers
  • Prepare daily sale report & AR aging report and weekly report to Branch Manager, ACA & Headquarter.
  • Compare the actual sale & sale target to send to Branch Manager & HO.
  • Proceed Monthly Stock taking process.
  • Monthly Sale Report and AR aging report to the respective heads.
  • Prepare monthly sale incentive report.
  • Proceed items selling price update in the system
  • Support to produce monthly financial statement report.
  • Proceed Ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Must be honest and due Diligence
  • Must have experience at least 3 years in Account and Finance field as Senior Level (Preferable if have convenience stores).
  • B.com or DA (LCCI Level 3) is more preferable.
  • Must be experience in Accounting Software like as SAP, Odoo, Business One. (Preferable if hav POS and ACE Software).
