An Exciting Opportunity for ...
• Preparing and accounting day to day bank / cash vouchers• Payment and recording of relevant tax like withholding taxes, PIT etc. (including computation)• Recording of receipts from student in each bank we have , and reconciling bank and AR on monthly basis• Recording of expenses paid / payable or accrued and tracking the Schedules of AP on a monthly basis, including preparation of the vouchers and getting it approved and signed from bank• Maintaining the petty cash in office• Weekly Bank reconciliation statements• Liaising with Outsourced accountants , and work as a bridge between HQ (Singapore) and the Outsourced accountants• Daily and Monthly Income/Outcome report to Finance Department• Participates to coordination meeting and staff meetings

Job Requirements
• Relevant Bachelor degree with one to two years’ experience in Accounting• Excellent communication skill including interpersonal skill• Team spirit and attitude of service• Good English Language Skill, verbal and written• Have strong skill in MS (Excel and Word)
