  • Perform daily sales and cash reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Record and monitor daily income, expenses, and cash transactions.
  • Manage stock-in and stock-out records and maintain proper inventory control.
  • Record purchase transactions and verify related invoices and receipts.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
  • Maintain and update accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Monitor inventory balances and report any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Perform general accounting duties and other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Possess LCCI Level III or an equivalent relevant accounting qualification.
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Have experience handling daily sales, cash, and expense records.
  • Be capable of managing stock records and inventory transactions accurately.
  • Have experience in retail or inventory accounting; candidates with such experience will be given preference.
  • Be detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow company policies and procedures.
