Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Daily cashbook should be reviewed.
  • Expenses for all sites should be reviewed.
  • Income and expenditure vouchers should be reviewed.
  • Prepare the Financial Statement.
  • Perform tax processing.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and PRs (Purchase Requests).
  • Send daily reports to the head office via Viber.
  • Enter expense details into Excel and manage debt collection.
  • Send Cash Book, Stock Balance, Monthly Sales & Reports to the head office.
  • Should be skilled in accounting and have a strong interest in financial systems.
  • Perform duties assigned as per business requirements in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Experience in accounting or finance within the hospitality industry (bars, restaurants, entertainment) is highly desirable.
  • Accounting certifications such as LCCI Level III or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) may be a plus.
  • Experience with POS and bar/KTV-specific accounting software is often required.
