Reporting & P&L
• Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly reports specific to the warehouse department, providing financial commentary.
• Analyze gross profit margin trends and explain fluctuations in revenue (Storage Fees) and costs.
• Ensure all operating expenses (Rent, Insurance, and Utilities) are accurately captured and accrued.
Compliance & Audit
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation for inventory and cost records.

Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Must have 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, or a similar role, preferably within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of inventory valuation methods and cost accounting principles.
Soft Skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between finance and operations teams.
