* Monitor and control cost & expenses, AR/AP and bank related payment and activities as per budget and cash schedule, to achieve 95% above in accuracy

* Monthly Financial report and grading system, use scorecard for Timely, Compelteness and accuracy score target is 100%

* 100% accuracy in cash handling, exchange, banking & transfer risk and compliance with policies

* Attend training for technical, policy and SOP to all employees within group finance at least 16hrs
