A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Daily attendance checking and leave process report to HO
  • Responsible for Employee On-boarding process 
  • Checking monthly stationary ordering lists correct or not and other admin expenses.
  • Develop and control records related to administration, vehicles and equipment.
  • Responsible for checking car kilo, vehicle log & oil record daily
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Working experience in relevant area for at least 2-3 years
  • Excellent time management skill, problem-solving skill, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email
  • Able to work under pressure
