Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

•    Work directly with Admin Officer to support in daily operations concerning documentation (contracts, agreements etc.), managing phone calls and inboxes

•    Overseeing daily office operations, including facilities management & office supplies procurement
•    Manage filing system of relevant department & ensure security of data & documents with integrity and confidentiality
•    Register & prepare necessary documentation-related designs (logos, letterheads, ID cards etc.)
•    Control and maintain company-related IT assets daily (eg. Company Registration, DICA extension, other office documentation)
•    Plan for importing Schedules and transportation arrangement
•    Proper handling of the documentation processes with the government offices
•    Accompany Admin Officer/ Director in travels
•    Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned by other senior officers occasionally

Job Requirements

•    A University degree in any discipline. Advanced degree is preferred
•    Proficiency in Microsoft office, Internet and Email & understanding of IT systems
•    Prefers some experience with light design software (eg. Canva, Photoshop)
•    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
•    Proven track records in dealing with key Government Departments (eg. FRD, Central Bank)
•    Typing in English and Unicode font to write reports, meeting minutes & Government Office Correspondence in official formats.
•    Must be able to travel to departmental offices
•    Must be able to handle corporate legal cases and proceedings as well
