An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise and carry out car maintenance and vehicle license renewal.
  • Manage stationery and office supplies necessary for each department.
  • Must calculate the kilo of related ways.
  • Planning and managing process of car rental, contracts, ferry routes deliberately.
  • Prepare monthly reports related to transportation activities, rental usage, driving incentive and any other administrative tasks.
  • Handle all payment process for petty-cash, electricity bill, phone bill , internet bill and other related office payment.
  • Purchase  the office furniture and engage with IT Technician choosing and purchasing IT equipment.
  • Prepare and keep required administrative documents.
  • Must handle the fixed assets and uniform process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have the knowledge and manage in FMCG industry.
  • Must have (3) years experiences in related field.
  • Must have the time management and problem solving skills.
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Packages).
