A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist to make copier which was requested by Customer/ Agent and Customs Dept. and collect money.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Ensure reception desk & area is tidy and presentable
  • Assist to prepare arranging lunch for Customs
  • Assist to delivery things to warehouse offices
  • Assist to checking office furniture to be in order or not
  • Assist to checking office furniture (Good or Damage) by monthly
  • Assist to sewerage services process
  • Any other duties, which may be defined by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Any
  • Fresh Graduated
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English good level.
  • Well Communication with colleague’s

  • Service mind, good interpersonal, excellent interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively.
