Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Plan, coordinate, organize and supervise administrative procedures and systems.

- Ensure writing reports, memos, and other business documents in a clear, concise manner.

- Ensure sufficient inventory of office supplies.

- Monitor the purchasing of new materials and maintaining vehicles at approved repair workshops.

- Monitor costs and expenses with attention to budgetary constraints.

- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities (renovations, event planning, etc.)

- Ensure administrative actives are in line with administration policies and procedures.

- Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying, organizing meeting schedules, filtering communication to proper individuals or other offices.

- Plan for administrative activities and design systems to streamline processes.

- Training and coaching administrative staff performance for high productivity

- Prioritize tasks by deadline and organize a worklist.

Job Requirements

- Proven track records as administration manager.

- Team sprit with leadership skills.

- Well understanding of office management policies and procedures, as well as legal policies.

- Knowledge of financial management, facilities management, and MS Office.

- Excellent communication and organization skills, along with multitasking abilities.

- At least five years experiences with administration manager in related field

- Prefer the holder of Master of business administration
