Monitor, purchase, and maintain office supplies and stationery.
Oversee office maintenance, cleaning services, and security arrangements.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors and service providers.
Manage company vehicles, maintenance schedules, and driver arrangements.
Monitor office utilities such as electricity, internet, and telephone services.
Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Maintain proper filing systems for documents, contracts, and administrative records.
Handle license, permit, and government-related administrative matters when required.
Provide administrative support to staff and management.
Track administrative expenses and prepare reports.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management.
Experience in pharmaceutical, trading, or corporate environments is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in vendor coordination and document handling.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
