We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agro Forestry Project Manager to oversee our new agro forestry project located in Arrawady Division, Kyan Khin
township, beside of Pathein Monywa high way road. The Agro Forestry Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall new project, coordinating with team members, and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agro forestry, project management, and team leadership.

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead a team of professionals, including agronomists, forestry experts, and community liaisons
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring that goals and milestones are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, and funding partners
• Manage project risks, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, including environmental regulations and safety standards
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies for the long-term sustainability of the project, including monitoring and evaluating outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in agro forestry, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in agro forestry or environmental conservation
• Able to prepare new project plan, developing plan, implementation plan and business models.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse groups
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including environmental regulations and safety standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work in project locations, as required by the project
