Job Description:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of accounts payable
  • Record treasury transactions promptly and accurately and preparation of daily cash/bank reconciliation for any discrepancies
  • Perform verification and reimbursement of petty cash claim, advance claim
  • Process Accounts Payable Invoices and payments 
  • Ensure all Accounts Payable payments are properly approved prior to timely payment
  • Process payment for all payment methods such as cash, cheques and online banking transfers
  • Update Cash and Bank Book, Cheques register, monthly perform Vendors' Reconciliation & Bank Reconciliation 
  • Support Accountant for Commercial Tax process and Tax matter
  • Work closely with local regulatory authorities, bankers etc.
  • Handle and maintain Fixed Assets Registers
  • Coordinate with related internal departments for a timely Fixed Asset capitalization process
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounts
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel / PowerPoint
  • Accounting software knowledge is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently under tight schedules
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to work as a team
