Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Design and develop electrical products in line with customer requirements and ensure they comply with the relevant/latest regulations.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of electrical systems, machinery, components and products.
  • Apply knowledge of electricity to design testing methods for different systems. This will allow them to understand the capabilities of electrical systems and machinery.
  • Understand design specifications and technical drawings.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret and summarize data into written product reports.
  • Estimate project timescales, as well as material, construction and labour costs.
  • Liaise with client/other members working on the project.
  • Ability to understand and read substation Schematics & drawings along with in depth knowledge of ITP, Substation Power equipment’s, SAS, Relay and Control panels, SCADA, PLC, PLCC, Nature and type of Pre-commissioning & Commissioning tests required for substation equipment’s up to a voltage level of 500 kV (AIS and GIS)
  • To maintain all Project documentation related to Testing & Commissioning like MTC, FAT, TTR, and Pre-commissioning &Commissioning inspection test report (field), As built drawings.
  • To carry testing of outdoor substation equipment’s like SA, CVT, CT, PT, WT, TX, SR, DS, DSES, CB, BMK and others as per schematic & ITP and Indoor equipment’s like GIS modules, bus bars, CB, CT, DS, DSES, VT with gas filling and leakage tests, CRP, SAS, PLC/SCADA & PLCC.
  • To witness and record Numerical relay testing to ensure all logical tests (trip/alarm) are functional as per the set values and all local/ remote operations for each equipment’s are healthy.
  • Reporting to Customer and HQ team regarding daily progress, hurdles, submissions of RFI and other co-ordination works.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Must have experience in HT and MV voltage Design and Installation
  • Must able to Auto Design for Substation and Transmission Line
  • Can able to travel to the site location
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Age between 27 to 35 years (Male more prefer).
  • Experience of communicating effectively verbally and in writing to senior managers and writing reports.
