An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
  • Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
  • Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans
  • Establish sales goals, create programs and manage sales operations in assigned territory to achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with Manager Sales Delivery Bank & Insurance partners to provide sales effectiveness support to the Bank channel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Train and mentor sales staff  at Auto Dealer to ensure they are up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated, Diploma in Sales & Marketing and More preferable in MBA
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
  • Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
  • Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
