An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • High disease resistant flocks by applying vaccination schedule with quality vaccines and adequate vaccination methods. Limitation of flock mortality during rearing and production. Good flock uniformity. High laying percentage and fertility.
  • High quality hatching eggs. High number of chicks per Hen Housed

  • Manage data collection poultry flocks

  •  Critical look on daily egg reports. .Weekly reports of Breeder Information System.

  • Manage farm administration.

  • Efficient and correct data registration and document flow. Work closely with accounting department for inventory control, purchase procedures and budget management. Manage required livestock licenses and documents. Keep relationship with related government departments.  Follow the management instruction urgent work .  Manage, develop, train and motivate dynamic farm team.-

  • Manage obtaining Quality Certifications (such as Global Gap and HACCP) and effective implementation.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. (Agriculture / Animal Science / Veterinary Science) Any Graduate (ဘွဲ့မရှိလည်း Poultry Farm / Livestock field မှာ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်)
  • Experience 1–3 years of experience in poultry farming or livestock production. Familiar with broiler, layer, or breeder farm systems.
  • Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of poultry production cycle, feeding systems, vaccination, and biosecurity. Ability to maintain farm records and prepare daily production reports. Understanding of disease prevention, hygiene, and safety procedures. Capable of supervising workers and managing teams. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).  Able to work under pressure and for long hours. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable working in a farm environment (with livestock, odors, etc.).
  • Willing to stay at the farm site (accommodation provided) if required. Flexible to work shifts and overtime when necessary .
