Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Organizae the Daily/Monthly production plan and supervise the daily production activities to meet target and deadline. Manage the production department inventory.

2. Ensure all the product meet with the company quality standard and monitor all the production personnel are stickly followed the procedure.

3. Oversea the machinery in production are in best condition and align with maintenance for further prevention.

4. Manage production team to get the best performance and train them if necessary.

5. Ensure the workplace safety regulation and company policies are stickly followed by the team.

6. Focus on continuous development in employee skill, production process, quality matter, and safety.

7. Well understanding of Bakery production and production methodology.

8. Perform necessary coordination with other department for achieving organizational goal.

1.Other QualificationBakery Related Certificated

3.Computer SkillProficient in MS Office

4.Other SkillsDeep understanding in Cake and Cookie Manufacturing

7.Travel (Y/N)If Necessary
