Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•Plan and perform daily sales visits and sales activities.
•Close follow up on existing and new projects from BCI and update on the project status in CRM on regular basis.
•Visit key customers and prospects regularly to build strong business relationship.
•Co-ordinate with other departments and corporate to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Collect overdue accounts on time to reduce DSO to the minimum.
•Coordinate with Technical service to carry out regular site inspection to ensure customers are using Jotun product as per specification.
•Conduct paint school seminars and paint product exhibitions with Specifier and marketing personnel.
•Follow up and report competitors’ activities from time to time.
•Achieve annual sales target by implementing marketing and sales plans to ensure the result are in line with the company business plan
• Develop project sales within the targeted 6 key segments namely residential, commercial, hotel and resorts, education, health and flooring segments through the following concepts:
•Single source solution
•Repainting
•Key Account Management
•Technical Service
•Specification
•Cooperate with technical service personnel to ensure inspection is carried out at all required job site and to ensure painting works is applied in accordance to specification.
•Maintain DSO by having regular meetings with finance department to ensure DSO ageing is achieved and meets the targeted minimum set by management.
•Promote Jotun through main contractors, developers and architects by providing specification assistance to enhance confidence in our products and services.
•Enhance and promote the sales of Jotun Paints to all sectors by organizing paint school seminars with specifier and organize paint product exhibitions to achieve sales budget and improve customer relationship to ensure profitability and increase market share.
•Keep close contact with key customer and respond to market changes through monitoring competitors activities and customer needs to secure a thorough understanding of the business and challenges and to stay ahead of competition.
•Plan, manage and monitor sales objectives and collection with existing and new customers to achieve the company budgeted sales and gross margin.

Job Requirements

Must have relevant experience in 3 or 5 years.

Perferable person who has experience in Paint company and contruction background.

English Profiency is a must.
