● Actively achieve own set targets as per Job Description and KPI’s.

● In charge of the sales funnel and lead generation
● Planning and carrying out sales actions that will achieve desired sales increase
● Effectively explaining to clients the features and advantages of providing services
● Meeting the demands of the client and keeping the connection going
● Leading the sales team, creating standards, goals, and assigning quotas to the B2B sales representatives
● Conducting high-level market research to create successful strategies for the sales team
● Managing the sales process from start to finish when selling products or services to other businesses
● Identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers,negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management.

Job Requirements

● Any graduated (BE-IT, BCSc, BC-Tech graduated more prefer)
● Must have 2 to 5 yrs B2B Sales Experiences
● Preferable familiar & well-experience in Tele & data communication environment especially ISP sector.
● Strong team player with High level of personal moral and integrity
● Process oriented approach towards problem solving
● Must be a self-going and independent person with initiative, energy and flexibility

                     The person should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of the sales processes. And also be able to motivate and educate their team to reach goals
