  • To achieve or exceed monthly sales target set
  • To mentor, coach and counsel team members to produce the targeted result of Sales Team to ensure the delivery of customer satisfaction
  • To ensure market updates and department updates are well communicated to each team member from time to time
  • To identify issues that are recurring for improvement and to identify processes that could increase the productivity of the team and to improve the level of customers' satisfaction
  • To report on monthly basis the operational cost of the team as compared to the budget
  • To monitor the progress of ‘continuous improvement’ projects and to establish new milestones and action plan with the team
  • To lead the team by example living the Group Values 
  • To help team members to identify solutions to day-to-day problems or develop solutions to manage recurring challenges

  • To mediate disputes or issues that might disrupt the cohesiveness of the team

  • To produce the monthly reports to meet the timeline set by Management, Managing the internal and external customers’ expectation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Minimum (3) years of proven experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain industry
  • Proven track record of Sales Achievement, and Sales Management Leadership
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Email System
  • Proficiency in English (4) skills 
  • Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Analytical Skills
