Job Description

1. Support the HORECA Sale Manager with the prepare of monthly sales forecasts and annual sales forecasts for all Horeca Channel-related products
3. Achieve set sales targets by volume, SKU and customer account
4. Monitor assign sales data and activities from Horeca Channel Team daily; includes sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns
5. Monitor all Horeca Channel-related product inventory weekly
6. Assist the HORECA Sale Manager for prepare purchase orders for all Horeca Channel-related products and request approval from Director of Sales & Marketing
7. Oversee and manage Horeca Channel’s daily operations
8. Effectively oversee and manage Horeca Channel’s sale process daily and delegate and take necessary actions as required; develop target list of new customers and front line relationship with key customer accounts
9. Communicate effectively and efficiently with both principals and customers
10. Receive product knowledge from principals and sequentially provide product knowledge trainings to the remainder of the Horeca Team and customers as required
11. Monitor and manage Horeca Channel’s sales invoices, accounts receivable and sales transactions
12. Hold weekly meetings with Horeca Channel Team and/or Brand Managers to address concerns and issues
13. Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights
14. Attend events when required
15. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
16. Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
17. Report to Director of Sales & Marketing regarding Horeca Channel Team’s sales data and activities weekly; includes sales, stock balance, customer
information, customer feedback, issues and concerns

Job Requirements

1. Previous experience in Sales, especially in Horeca Channel
2. Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Sales or other relevant fields
3. Understanding of sales performance metrics and process
4. Hands-on and proficient experience with Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
7. Ability to work under strict deadlines
8. Ability to coordinate and work in teams
9. Ability to travel locally
10. Proficiency in both Burmese and English
11. Can work at Hlaing Thar Yar Township.
